Who We Are
Cathie, our Clinical Care Manager with a long-standing career in nursing, aged care and home care leadership, she has dedicated her life to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Her hands-on experience working with individuals with complex needs has shaped her philosophy that care must be tailored, respectful, and focused on each person’s dignity and independence.
Alan, our Operations Manager who has Mutiple years of experience in business operations and a passion for service excellence, brings the structure, organisation, and vision that drive Poppy’s Home Care to deliver exceptional Care with Heart and Purpose. His expertise ensures that every aspect of our operations aligns with our commitment to providing client-centered care.
Together, we are a local family team who understands the unique challenges of aged care, both as professionals and as members of the community.
