Poppy's Home Care
Poppy’s began with a simple belief: older people deserve care that feels personal, respectful and genuinely caring.
Through our personal and professional experience, we saw clients and families feeling unheard, left out of important decisions and unsure where to turn when communication broke down. We knew there had to be a better way—one where people were treated as individuals and their choices genuinely shaped their care.

Meet The Poppy's Home Care Team
Poppy’s Home Care is led by Cathie and Alan, supported by a caring and dedicated local team. Together, we share one purpose: to provide safe, personal and responsive care that helps older people live well at home.
Who We Are
Cathie Cremins — Co-Founder and Clinical Care Manager
Cathie is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in nursing, aged care and home care leadership. Her clinical knowledge and genuine compassion help ensure the care we provide is safe, respectful and shaped around each person’s needs, choices and goals.
Alan Cremins — Co-Founder and Operations Director
Alan brings extensive business and operational experience, along with a strong commitment to service and communication. He helps ensure Poppy’s remains organised, responsive and easy for clients and families to deal with.
Together, Cathie and Alan have built Poppy’s Home Care around the values of family, trust and genuine care. They remain actively involved in the business and are supported by a dedicated local team who share their commitment to making the Poppy’s difference.
